The International Institute of Professional Corporate Entrepreneurship and Leadership, IIPCEL is a Professional Institute incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC and limited by Guarantee (RC 1751870), It is approved by the Federal Ministry of Education and the Federal Ministry of Justice as a Professional Training Institute.

The Aims and Objectives is to provide Entrepreneurship and Leadership training, admit to Membership various persons qualified to become Professional members into the various Grades as provided by the Council of the Institute.
The Professional membership and training is across Nigeria, Africa continent and any countries of the world for the international advancement of the profession of Entrepreneurship and Leadership. IIPCEL is administered through the Council which is the highest decision making organ of the Institute.
The Council of IIPCEL:
The Council of the International Institute of Professional Corporate Entrepreneurship and Leadership, IIPCEL is made up of Professional Members of the Institute appointed or elected at Annual General Meeting as convened by the Board of Directors. Council Members are appointed/elected for two-year tenure subject to renewal.
The Council is headed by the Chairman who is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute.
The following are the Members of Council of the International Institute of Professional Corporate Entrepreneurship and Leadership, IIPCEL:

2. Mrs Tabitha Ajah, FPCEL - Member
3. Engr. Mfon E. Essien, FPCEL, FMNSE - Member
4. Julius Maduka Ukpabi, FPCEL -Member
5. Bitrus Pam Badung, FPCEL -Member
6. Mrs Lilian Ene Anyebe, MPCE -Member
7. Edwin Lemchi Iwuji, MPCEL -Member
8. Oluwatimilehin Tope, MPCEL -Secretary
The Secretary of the Council shall be a non-voting member and a Management Committee Member of the Institute, IIPCEL
The Management Committee of IIPCEL:
The Management Committee of the Institute shall be responsible for the management of the day to day operations and activities of the Institute.
The Committee shall be headed by the Director-General and the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute and a Member of Council of the Institute. The Director-General shall have the responsibility of appointing the Secretary of the Council and co-opting existing members into Council as is required for the smooth operation of the Institute.
The Secretary and co-opted Members shall be non-voting members of Council of the Institute.
The Management Committee shall consist of the following Directorates:
(i) The Director-General
(ii) The Director of Membership Services
(iii) The Director of Capacity Building
(iv) The Director of Administration
The Director-General
The Director-General shall be the Head and Chief Executive Officer of the Institute and co-Chairman of Council (when an elected President is in Office).
The Director-General is the Head of Administration and oversees the various Directorates of the Institute.
The Director-General who is also the Chairman of Council is Mr. Godwin E. Urhie, FPCEL,FNIM,FCIPM,FCISM,CMP,BDSP
Director of Membership Services
The Director of Membership Services oversees the Membershipadmission process of the Institute including the induction of new members. He/she maintains the membership register and advises Professional Members on the relevant trainings and upgrading of membership.
The register contains the list of Fellows, Full Members, Associate Members of the Institute. The Director of Membership Services is Mr Edwin L. Iwuji, M.Ed,MPCEL.
Director of Capacity Building and Training
The Director of Capacity Building undertakes the Training functions of the Institute. These include, Entrepreneurship and Leadership training, Learning and Development training as well as Professional Membership training and Examinations.
The Director of Capacity Building is Mr Oluwatimilehin Jacob Tope, B.Sc,MPCEL.
Director of Administration
The Director of Administration is responsible for Human Resources development, general office administration and the Finance and Accounts departments of the Institute. He/she maintains the financial records and oversees staff welfare and other general duties.
The Acting Director of Administration is Mr Emmanuel Barnabas, B.Sc,APCEL.
