NOMINATIONS FOR THE MONTHLY  CORPORATE ENTREPRENEUR AND LEADER AWARDS OF INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF PROFESSIONAL  CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND LEADERSHIP, IIPCEL:

1. THE GRAND CORPORATE ENTREPRENEUR AND LEADER OF THE MONTH AWARD: This Award shall be received by the best Nominee who shall be a MAN or WOMAN or ORGANIZATION  adjudged to have contributed to Corporate Governance and Leadership (Intrapreneurship),  Entrepreneurship (Business Start-up, expansion or diversification) and Leadership (in any sphere of Government, Socio-cultural Religious and non-governmental or philanthropic activities) ie. Sociopreneurship. The Award shall be given to any such person,  man or woman who is 50 years and above or an Organization irrespective of the age of its existence. The Award shall automatically qualify the recipient as a Nominee for the ANNUAL GRAND CORPORATE ENTREPRENEUR AND LEADER OF THE YEAR AWARD. 


2. WOMAN CORPORATE ENTREPRENEUR AND LEADER OF THE MONTH AWARD: This Award goes to any woman of any age who . 
has met the same criteria set in (1) above. Similarly, the Awardee is automatically a Nominee for the ANNUAL WOMAN CORPORATE ENTREPRENEUR AND LEADER OF THE YEAR. 


3. YOUTH CORPORATE ENTREPRENEUR AND LEADER OF THE MONTH: This Award which is to encourage entrepreneural opportunities among Youths goes to any young man or woman below the age of 50 years who has  met the same criteria set out in (1) above. Similarly the Award recipient is automatically a Nominee for the ANNUAL YOUTH CORPORATE ENTREPRENEUR AND LEADER OF THE YEAR AWARD. 


B. NOMINATIONS shall commence on the 6th day of every month and close on the 25th day of every in 2021. Nominations which include self-nomination must not exceed three(3) persons from an individual or organization. 
Nominations MUST be sent directly to  or the Director-General/CEO WhatsApp numbers: 08037052125 and 08035706021. Any nomination contrary to above is Invalid. Any nominations from an individual of up to three(3) nominatios maximum must include the person nominating and the Nominees' personal profile and/or Credentials.


C. AWARD WINNER DECLARATION shall be made on the last day of the Month of Award ie. 30th April 2021 and any such day subsequently. 
D. ELIGIBILITY FOR NOMINATION: All Nigerians and citizens of all other African countries, the Diaspora, citizens of developing countries and citizens of developed countries who have made remarkable and impactful contributions to the development of Corporate Governance and Management; Entrepreneurship and Leadership development in Africa and other developing countries of the World. Members or non-members of the Institute are eligible to be nominated or to nominate candidates for the AWARDS.

MR GODWIN ESEROGHENE URHIE, FPCEL.

The Director-General/CEO of IIPCEL is an erudite and indefatigable gentleman who has touched the various facets of the economy, Educational Administration and Management Consulting in Nigeria and the International frontiers. Godwin Eseroghene Urhie, FPCEL was born in the 60s just about the commencement of the Nigerian civil war in Ondo State, South-West Nigeria to Mr and Mrs Macaulay Sievo-Okirhie Egbaiyelo Urhie. The young Godwin or Esey as he is fondly called attended his primary school in Lagos and Okitipupa, Ondo state respectively. He later attended Saint Finbarr’s College, Akoka-Lagos and University of Benin, Benin City where he bagged B.SC (Hons) Biochemistry with Second Class Honours, Upper division in 1987.
He worked briefly as Marketing Officer in an Industrial Chemicals Company, defunct Bendel State Teaching Service Commission, Nigerian Breweries Plc (as a brewer), Head of Department of Technical Services at ORACLE Ltd (Management Consultants), Director of  Programmes and Co-ordinator of Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) and Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU Programmes Centre in Jos Plateau State respectively under the management of HPC Tutors Ltd. Godwin Urhie is the President and Founder of Oakland Business School, a Professional Management training Academy and Oakland City Polytechnic, Jos the first private Polytechnic in Jos-City Plateau State. Under Oakland Business School, he patnered with Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo (formerly Ondo State Polytechnic) to deliver the latter's Sandwich Programs in Jos Plateau State.
Godwin Urhie is a consummate Management Consultant and Educational Administrator with experience spanning over 27 years. In 1993 he underwent rigorous Management Training Courses under the Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered where he received the Professional Membership to become an Associate Member of the Institute (AMNIM), he later rose to become a Full Member in 2000 (MNIM) and Fellow in 2015 (FNIM). He is also a Fellow of other Professional Institutes including Chartered Institute of Project Management (FCIPM) and Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Management (FCISM), he is the first Chartered Management Practitioner (CMP) in Jos, Plateau State Nigeria.
Godwin Urhie has undertaken so many Management Consulting projects over the years, notable among which is as Project Manager for the Feasibility Study of Africa Independent Television (AIT) during his tenure as Head of Technical Services at ORACLE LTD (Management Consultants) in 1995 to 1997. AIT is the first Private Television Station in Nigeria. He has since undertaken many more Management Consulting assignments. 
With the arrival of the International Institute of Professional Corporate Entrepreneurship and Leadership, IIPCEL in Nigeria he was unanimously conferred by Council as the first Fellow of the Institute and Director-General/CEO of the Institute for Nigeria and Africa.
Godwin is a devout Christian and an Elder in the Church; he is also a Member of the prestigious Plateau Club 1921 and Member of Rotary International at the Rotary Club of Jos Metro, District 9125.
Godwin Eseroghene Urhie, Fellow of Corporate Entrepreneurship and Leadership, FPCEL is married to Tina Usoko Urhie, a career Senior Accountant in a Federal establishment and they are blessed with children.

BARRISTER OSA DIRECTOR 
The GRAND CORPORATE ENTREPRENEUR AND LEADEROF THE MONTH AWARD FOR MAY 2021

A Biochemist, Journalist, Business Specialist, Entrepreneur, Political and Social Activist, Barrister-at-Law.

Osa Director, a multi-tasking and polyvalent intellectual was born in the ancient City of Benin City, Edo State. He had his Primary and Secondary education in Benin City.

He attended the University of Benin, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry in 1987.

He did his compulsory National Youth Service Corps in Kano State. Due to his exposure to students’ activism, and commitment to the virtues of social justice, equity, fairness and good governance he cut his teeth as a passionate and compulsive writer. Hence, he did his primary assignment at Gidan Radio, Kano Broadcasting Service between 1987 and 1988.
He began his working career as a Journalist with Prime Publications Limited, Publishers of Prime People Magazine, which was the widest circulating Magazine of its time. He joined the radical TELL Magazine where he blossomed as a Journalist of national and international acclaim. Between 1993 and 1999, Osa rose from the position of a Staff Writer to a Senior Assistant Editor and Member of the Editorial Board of TELL.
Deeply involved in the titanic struggle against military dictatorship under Generals Ibrahim Babangida and Sani Abacha, he was arrested several times and detained by the military junta.
He chronicled his detention experience in the book: Suicide Journalism. Apart from Suicide Journalism, his other books include Vultures in Power and Journalist on the Run.

Osa, co-founded INSIDER WEEKLY Magazine in 2001 where he was Editor-in-Chief/Chief Executive between 2001 and 2009. His entrepreneurial spirit is unquestionably versatile. 
He is the Chairman of Belle Image Communication Limited, a PR/Media relations firm and Pro Good Int’ Limited, a company into real estates and merchandise. He publishes The Brief International, TBI, a monthly Law Publication and Cross Fire, an Online Publication.

His entrepreneurial skills are horned and laced by an academic pedigree which has seen him traversed the academic faculties of Science, Social Science, Liberal Arts and Law. He obtained an MBA in Management from Imo State University, an MSc degree in Corporate Governance from Leeds Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. He also trained at Cambridge University, U.K. He earned a Bachelor of Law, LLB degree from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, and was called to the Nigerian Bar almost two decades ago after a successful stint at the Nigerian Law School in Lagos. He also obtained an MSc in Media and Communication from the School of Media and Communication, SMC, a sister School of the Prestigious Lagos Business School, both under the Pan Atlantic University, where he is currently a doctoral candidate.


His hobbies are rigorous intellectual discourse, travelling, sports and music. He is happily married with four children whom he fondly calls the Boys Brigade and Girls Guild. He is the Principal Partner of a Lagos based law Firm, Osa Director & Co. and also the Chief Executive Officer of Osa Director Law Publications Limited.

MRS AGNES KANENG DOKOTRI,  MNIM, (FPCEL). 
(WOMAN CORPORATE ENTREPRENEUR AND LEADER OF THE MONTH APRIL 2021

Born around mid-70s to Sir and Lady Christopher Mancha, the Gwom Rwei of Zawan in Jos South, Plateau State. Kaneng, as she is fondly called by family and friends is the second out of ten children of the family. She attended Fatima Private School, Saint Louis College and Plateau State Polytechnic, all in Jos Plateau State-Nigeria. Having bagged HND in Business Administration, she proceeded to Ambrose Alli University and National Open University where she obtained Postgraduate Diploma(PGDM)  and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) respectively. Mrs Kaneng Dokotri worked variously at defunct Lion Bank Plc, Inland Bank Plc and Finbank Plc where she rose to become the Operations Manager. Mrs Dokotri easily combines her Professional career, business and family life in an easy and  amiable manner and create an impactful atmosphere wherever she is present. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Forensic and Certified  Fraud Examiners of Nigeria and  a Full Member of Nigerian Institute of Management,MNIM and  an aspiring Fellow of Corporate Entrepreneurship and Leadership (FPCEL). She currently works with Plateau State  Internal Revenue Service as a Unit Head. She is married to Mr Eugene Dokotri and they are blessed with three lovely children
